Located in the heart of beautiful Downtown Burbank, Milano Café & Deli offers casual and delicious Italian, French and American cuisine.
Owners Adelaide & Mike started Milano Café out of their love for food and different flavors and spices. Adelaide is French/Brazilian and Mike is Italian/American. Having married late in life both of them have their own cultures, rarely do they eat the same foods.
Adelaide and Mike hope this will become a place where people can safely enjoy a meal and socialize in a bright, warm environment like our families did in Italy, France, Brazil and small town America.
Our Food
We serve simple foods that are fresh, high quality, tasty and true to their origin. Our food is not only delicious but also fun to eat. The menu includes some of our favorite cuisines from Italy, France, Brazil as well as several American favorites including burgers, sandwiches and steaks.
More importantly, we have designed every aspect of "Milano" with COVID precautions in mind while still retaining a bright, warm and inviting environment.

Cafe &
Juice Bar
We are a craft coffee and tea café offering our own house brand of fresh, locally roasted coffee and a high quality artisan tea. Our Milano espresso blend is medium bodied, smooth, and aromatic, perfectly balanced with notes of caramel, chocolate and sweet fruit much like the coffees of Italy.
While we make a variety of espresso drinks and frappés we also sell fresh juices, Italian sodas and real fruit smoothies, along with other flavored and blended drinks.
Bakery
Most of our baked goods are baked onsite. Some of our family recipes are generations old and go perfectly with an espresso, coffee or tea.
Stop in for a fresh baked loaf of bread to take home.
We will soon carry some of the delicious items from Carnegie Deli. Unfortunately, the Pandemic has temporarily disrupted our ability to get these items.
Other future items will include several creative flavors of Italian style cream puffs and several Brazilian street foods.
We have several gluten-friendly, sugar-free, kosher, healthy, vegan & vegetarian options
We have worked hard to provide options for different food restrictions and tolerances so that almost anyone can enjoy themselves while visiting our establishment. When available, these options are marked appropriately on applicable food items.
Market
We offer a carefully curated selection of high quality specialty foods and beverages imported from Italy, France, Brazil and Spain as well as a selection of the American basics.
We have a beautiful variety of imported artisanal jams, honeys, mustards, olive oils, balsamic and other vinegars, olives, imported candies, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. Stop in on your way home to pick up a few items for dinner or grab a freshly baked baguette.
Deli
Our full service deli offers gourmet cheeses, charcuterie, and prepared foods made in-house using the highest quality products such as Mary's Chicken, house ground Angus beef burgers, wild caught cod and salmon, in-house roasted turkey breasts, and house cooked Angus top round for our roast beef.
Every day we also offer our house-made lasagna & eggplant Parmesan, ricotta stuffed shells, a variety of chicken dishes, seafood and a selection of fresh salads.
